Messrs. Tarr, Montigny, deMacedo and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by inserting the following at the end thereof:-

“provided, that any buy local effort included in this item shall include locally harvested seafood including but not limited to fish and shellfish;”
