Mr. McGee moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following: "provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended to upgrade the water facility GIS data source  in the city of Lynn" and in said item, by striking the figures "$3,350,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figures "$3,450,000"
