Messrs. Boncore, Brownsberger, McGee and Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-9007, by inserting at the end there of the following new language:– “provided, that in conjunction with said duties, funds may be expended on the creation and implementation of an information technology platform for state-aided public housing to be administered by the department” and by striking out the figures “800,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “1,100,00”
