Long Term Care Insurance Deadline Adjustment

Ms. Chandler and Mr. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section 114, the following new section:-

"SECTION 115. Section 33 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “that,” in line 7, the following words:-  "on that date or"."
