Messrs. Lesser and Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the operation and regional youth media lab of New England Public Radio in the city of Springfield”; and in said item, by striking out the figure "$299,361" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$449,361"
