Stone Soul Community Festival

Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting the following:- "provided, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Stone Soul, Inc. in Springfield for the Stone Soul Community Festival"; and, in said item 7008-0900 by striking out the figure "$299,361" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$324,361".
