Messrs. Welch and Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting the following:- "provided, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Western Massachusetts Sports Commission, a division of the Greater Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc.".
