Portal to Hope

Mr. Lewis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0101, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "provided further, that $150,000 shall be expended for the operation of Portal to Hope servicing Everett, Malden and Medford"; and in said item by striking out the figure "$166,046,546" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$166,196,546".
