Mr. Montigny moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding at the end thereof the following:-  “provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Zeiterion Theatre, Inc. in the city of New Bedford to provide access to cultural programming for financially disadvantaged children in the city of New Bedford;"
