Messrs. Lesser, Hinds and Cyr and Ms. O'Connor Ives moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting, after line 7002-0040, the following item:

"7002-1502 For the Transformative Development Fund established in section 46 of chapter 23G of the General Laws.... $2,500,000"
