Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Cyr, Lewis, Hinds, Lesser, Humason, O'Connor and Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to enhance the buy local effort in western, central, northeastern and southeastern Massachusetts;”
