Dam and Seawall Repair or Removal Program

Mr. O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 2000-1700 the following item:

"2000-XXXX For the executive office of energy and environmental affairs; provided that the office shall expend not less than $10,000,000 for the Dam and Seawall Repair and Removal Fund....$10,000,000"
