Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by striking out the figures "$200,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$300,000" and in said item, by striking out the figures "$38,578,728" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$38,678,728"
