Pond Street Recreation Building in Norfolk

Mr. Ross moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to the town of Norfolk for the construction of a new recreation building;” and in said item, by striking out the figures “$38,578,728” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$39,078,728”
