Homeless Animal Care and Adoption Fund

Messrs. Rodrigues, Cyr, Eldridge, Rush, Lewis, Humason and Tarr, Ms. O'Connor Ives, Ms. Lovely, Messrs. Brownsberger and O'Connor, Ms. Creem and Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by adding the following:- ";provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended for the Homeless Animal Care and Adoption fund;" and in said item by striking out the figures "$5,817,651" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$5,917,651".
