Mr. Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that $25,000 be expended for the installation of a sidewalk and guard rail in Fountain Park in the town of Wilbraham"; and in said item, by striking out the figure "$38,578,728" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$38,603,728"
