Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the creation of a roadway at the property formally known as the Medfield State Hospital in the town of Medfield”; and in said item, by striking the figures “$38,578,728” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$38,778,728”
