Protecting Residential Areas from Pollution

Mr. Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section X, the following new section:-

"SECTION XX No solid waste disposal facility, as defined in section 18 of chapter 16 of the General Laws, shall be located within 2,000 feet of a residential property or school.  This section shall take effect on July 1, 2017."
