Messrs. Brownsberger, O'Connor and Boncore moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 24 the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION 24A.  Section 1 of chapter 40O of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “uses”, in line 11, the following words:- or a business improvement district formed pursuant to this chapter to improve non-state owned parks that are greater than 20 acres.

SECTION 24B. Section 2 of said chapter 40O, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “streetscapes”, in line 6, the following words:- , non-state owned parks greater than 20 acres.”.
