Ms. Gobi moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8910-0108, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that $130,000 shall be provided for a pilot program for Training Active Bystanders;” and by striking out the figures “$15,745,203” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$15,875,203”.
