Mr. Hinds moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8910-0108, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “provided that $100,000 shall be appropriated for a pilot program for training active bystanders; provided further, that the pilot program may pursue opportunities for matching funds”
