Ms. Flanagan, Messrs. Eldridge, Keenan, Lewis, Moore, deMacedo, Timilty, Ross, Rush, Pacheco and McGee, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Fattman, Brady, Welch and Montigny, Ms. O'Connor Ives, Messrs. Tarr and Brownsberger, Ms. Lovely, Messrs. Cyr, Lesser, O'Connor and Humason, Ms. L'Italien and Ms. Chandler moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8324-0000, by striking out, in line 46, the word “residential”; and in said section 2, in said item 8324-0000, by inserting after the word “services”, in line 46, the following words:- “; provided further, that $200,000 shall be allocated by the department for On-Site Academy to provide training and treatment programs for correction officers for critical incident stress management”; and in said section 2, in said item 8324-0000, by striking out the figure “$24,201,575” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$24,401,575”.
