Mr. Moore and Ms. Chandler moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8100-1001, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further, the department shall execute a service contract with UMass Memorial Emergency Medical Services for no more than $60,000 for emergency and tactical medical support services"; and in said item, by striking out the figure "$278,832,693" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$278,892,693".
