Public Safety in Hoisting Regulations

Ms. L'Italien and Mr. Ross moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section XX the following section:-

"SECTION XX.  Section 53 of Chapter 146 of the general laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding after subsection (g) the following new subsection:-  "(h) Subsections (e) (f) (g) shall not apply to a public utility company or other company during the course of an employee strike or lockout except during the period of a declared emergency by the Governor.""
