Mr. Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section X the following section:- "SECTION XXX. provided further, that Section 33 of Chapter 242 of the Acts of 2012, as most recently amended by Section 130 of Chapter 133 of the Acts of 2016, is hereby amended by striking out, in like 13, the number "$175,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: "$1."
