Expanded Options for School Transportation

Mr. Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

SECTION X. Section 7C of chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

"This section shall not apply to applicants who engage in school bus operations if the applicant bids on a contract in which a school district has received only one bid from a private school bus operator."
