Cures for a Creaky Hall

Mr. Humason moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following the words:-

";provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the costs of the restoration and repair of Holyoke City Hall"

and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,450,000".
