Mr. Boncore, Ms. Friedman, Messrs. Eldridge, Crighton, Hinds, Moore, Feeney, Lewis, Welch and Timilty, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Collins, Montigny, Lesser and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after line item 3000-7050 the following new item:-
