Messrs. Boncore, Rush, DiDomenico, Collins and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7070-0065, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“provided further, that no less than $175,000 shall be expended towards scholarship support for Urban College of Boston students”.
