Lottery Product Advertisements

Mr. Rush moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0010, by adding the following words:-

";provided further, that the commission shall accept and promote advertisements on all lottery products, and other lottery assets including but not limited to; lottery monitors, lottery agent signs, kiosks,  and tickets slips, provided further that all revenues generated thereby shall be deposited into the State Lottery and Gaming Fund."
