Ms. Creem moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-  “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the City of Newton for the purpose of conducting a feasibility study on the renovation, expansion or new construction of the Newton Senior Center”;  and, in said item by striking out the figures “$17,306,125” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$17,406,125”
