Messrs. O'Connor and Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4510-0110, by inserting at the end the following:-

"provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the further development of an in-house, integrated Behavioral Health Program in Manet’s Quincy, Hull and Taunton health center  locations to provide assessment, counseling and treatment for individuals struggling with and managing mental health and/or substance abuse conditions and disorder” and in said item by striking out the figures “503,653” and inserting in place thereof the figures “603,653”
