Messrs. Lewis, Moore, Rodrigues, Montigny, DiDomenico and O'Connor, Ms. L'Italien and Mr. Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by inserting after the word “programs” the following:- “provided further, that the department shall award not less than $450,000 to the YWCA organizations, which shall be distributed equally between the Alliance of YWCA’s member organizations”; and In said section 2, in said item 4590-1507, by striking out the figures “$500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$950,000”
