Mr. Lewis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that $50,000 shall be expended for YWCA in the city of Malden”; and In said section 2, in said item 4590-1507, by striking out the figure “$500,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$550,000”.
