Mr. Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by adding the following words:- "; provided further that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for Rick’s Place of Wilbraham to provide counseling services for youth who have experienced the death of a parent in the Pioneer Valley".
