Supporting and Expanding Treatment Options

Mr. Keenan, Ms. Friedman, Messrs. Timilty and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following words:-

“; provided further, that the department may expend funds from this account, or from the funds established in section 2YYYY of chapter 29  or section 2I of chapter 111 of the General Laws, to support and expand access to opioid agonist treatment in correctional settings;”
