Mr. Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, "; provided further, that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for the New American Association of Massachusetts, Inc.; and

in said section 2, in said item 7008-0900, by striking out the figure “$848,176“ and inserting in place thereof the figure “$938,176“.
