Messrs. Eldridge and Cyr, Ms. Friedman, Messrs. Crighton, Hinds, Moore, Barrett, Lewis, Welch and Tarr, Ms. L'Italien, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Boncore, O'Connor and DiDomenico moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-9316, by striking out the words “not more than $3,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “not less than $3,000,000”.
