Mr. Barrett moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Community Day Center of Waltham, Inc. to support patient safety and security”; and

in said section 2, in said item 7004-0099, by striking out the figure “$6,739,414” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$6,789,414”.
