Mr. Barrett moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $46,790 shall be expended for W.A.T.C.H., INC. for its housing advocacy clinic”; and

in said section 2, in said item 7004-0099, by striking out the figure “$6,739,414” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$6,786,204”.
