Mr. Keenan moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Germantown neighborhood center in Quincy”; and

In said section 2, in said item 7008-0900, by striking out the figure “$848,176” and inserting in place thereof the following figure :- “$898,176”.
