MRVP Targeting Language

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-9024, by striking out the words “shall require that not less than 75 per cent of all new vouchers” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “may require that up to 75 per cent of all new vouchers”.
