Messrs. Collins and Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0012, by adding the following:-"and provided further, that not less than $140,000 shall be expended for a grant to the Union of Minority Neighborhoods”; and in said item by striking out the figure $10,268,500” and inserting in place thereof the figure "10,408,500".
