Messrs. Collins, Brownsberger, Lewis, Crighton, O'Connor and Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following: “provided further, that the executive office of housing and economic development, in cooperation with the commonwealth corporation, shall award not less than $300,000 to the New England Center for Arts and Technology, Inc.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,147,026” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,447,026”.
