Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 be expended on the Dorchester Youth Collaborative", and in said item by striking out the figures "$10,268,500" and inserting in place thereof the following figures: "10,293,500"
