Messrs. deMacedo, Humason and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7002-0032 the following item:- "7002-0035 For a reserve to support the commonwealth's defense sector initiatives; provided, that the executive office may allocate funds to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency for this purpose ………………………… $125,000"
