Urban Agenda

Messrs. Crighton and Eldridge moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7002-0032 the following item:-

"For a competitive grant program to work with urban entrepreneurs to promote small businesses, create new jobs and support workforce development and training initiatives in urban communities; provided, that funds may be used for planning grants to local housing authorities and municipalities in urban areas to develop new affordable rental or home ownership housing … 500,000"
