Mr. Lewis moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: - "provided further that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the City of Melrose for equipment and infrastructure improvements to the Melrose Center for the Performing Arts"; and in said section 2, in said line item 7008-0900 by striking out the figures "$848,176" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,148,176”
