Mr. Rodrigues moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-1206, by inserting at the end thereof:- "provided further, that not less than $80,000 shall be expended to the Leduc Center for Civic Engagement at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth for transportation costs related to the America Reads/Counts program"; and in said item by striking the figure "$1,400,000" and inserting in place the following figure "$1,480,000".
