Stone Soul Community Festival

Messrs. Welch and Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following words:- “; provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Stone Soul, Inc. in Springfield for the Stone Soul Community Festival" ; and

In said section 2, in said item 7008-0900, by striking out the figure “$848,176” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$898,176”.
